Torquay is a seaside town in the area of Torbay and ceremonial county of Devon, England. It lies 35km south of Exeter, adjoining the neighbouring town of Paignton on the west of the bay and across from the fishing port of Brixham. Torquay’s population is the third largest settlement in Devon.
