Forever 21

Forever 21 was a multinational fast-fashion retailer. It was originally founded as Fashion 21 in Highland Park, Los Angeles, in 1984. Before its closure in the US, it was owned and operated by the SPARC Group, with about 540 outlets until it filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in 2025. It now operates online only and through JCPenney.
